Wildflower Massage values your time, and appreciates when that respect is returned. When a booking is made, that time is reserved especially for you, and blocked from any other clients. When a late notice (within 24 hours) cancellation is made, it means that someone else has missed out on getting a much needed massage and the therapist loses money for that appointment slot.

We do however understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients & our massage therapists the following policies are honored:

Cancelation Policy
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment unless for unforseen circumstances. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice & we can not fill your spot you will be charged the full amount of your appointment.

If an appointment for a voucher is cancelled last minute or the client doesn’t turn up, the client voids that voucher.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be required to pay for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

If a client is 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment time with no reason provided, the appointment will be classed as a No Show and the client will be charged the full fee for the time reserved for them.

Any outstanding fees will need to be fixed prior to making any future bookings at Wildflower Massage & to prevent your invoice passed to a debt collector.
